Barberan Hot melt top-coating line for anti-abrasive coatings
Complete Barberan line for top-coating of flooring planks with anti abrasive hot-melt PUR. The MENH hot-melt spreader allows to apply a layer of very tough PUR that's loaded with Aluminum Oxide, protecting the surface from abrasion, up to a AC5 or more abrasion index. The line can work on thicker pieces (up to 80 mm thick) and wider (up to 1300 mm wide). Two single roll coaters allow to cover the PUR with acrylic UV material and control the gloss level.
The line has been in use for very little and it's in mint condition.
Several spares, including application rolls for the Polyurethane spreader and the UV roller coater, plus UV lamps.

Brush cleaning machine - top and bottom
Machine for the cleaning of flat surfaces by means of an upper and a lower vegetal fibre brushes, that rotate in the opposite direction to the workpieces. The lower brush is also adjustable in height in order to compensate the wear-down. The machine includes a driving roller conveyor for the transport of the workpieces.

Heavy duty machine to smoothen fibre board or chipboard panels through heat and pressure. Conveyor specially designed for tunnels, protected by a lower bed. The transport of the workpieces is done on bars coupled to chains. The driving chains move over sliding guides for a smooth movement and they have protection covers along the whole conveyor length. Conveyor driven by gear motor. Driven in- and out-feed rollers. Motor fixed to the bed-frame, with adjustable feed speed and analog readout.

Polyurethane pre-melter for 200 Lt. drums
Drum Melter HSP-200-SHX with 2 application valves for abrasive, reactive hot-melt in 200l drums

Continuous conveyor composed by a structure that includes the driving mechanisms and the solvent-proof anti-static belt conveyor.
